FAQs – For Members

  • Will my login credentials be the same?
    No, there will be new login information emailed to you with further instructions. The new Rewards program can be accessed through your account on Hayward.com. Please note that the Sign In page is now under Hayward.com/Rewards

 

  • How do I enroll in the Rewards program?

You can enroll in the Program from Hayward.com/Rewards. A team member will set up your account and reach out to verify information so we have everything you need to start earning points.

 

  • Will my points carry over from the old program?
     
    Yes. Your points balance will transfer from the old program. 

     
  • How do I earn points in the new program?

All purchases from distribution are eligible for points with the exception of online purchases. Purchases made online at Amazon and other online sites are ineligible. Member must provide Distributor Buying Account to qualify. For Questions, contact us at Rewards-Support@Hayward.com.

  • How do I see my Points Balance?
     
    Once logged in, you can see your Points Balance in the Member portal. 

     
  • How do I reset my password?
     
    You can request a password reset from the Sign-In page on Hayward.com/Rewards

     
  • I have a new Distributor account I buy from. How do I enter that information in my account?

  • How do I cash out my points?

Once logged into Member Portal, click on the “Redeem” button under the points balance. Your points are ready to redeem right away.
